Fran is a well known wildlife and bird artist. Working from sketches using an unusual pencil technique, she captures her subject matter with character and precision.

I paint in pastels, enjoying the strength of colour and textural quality it offers. My current work focuses on the seashore, often including my children. Prints and cards also available.

grumpygeorge is based at the pier, Armadale, where you can see his photographs of Skye. Aiming to provide a personal view of Skye, as well as a good and welcoming service to customers, grumpygeorge prints on site onto top quality archival canvas and then frames the pictures himself.

I create jewellery using a number of methods: silversmithing, precious metal clay, and stringing of gemstones. I also have a craft shop in Plockton where I sell my work and that of other artists, consisting of jewellery, textiles, ceramics, woodturning and artwork , photography amongst others.
